Pleasure Dome Theatre Company

Like many other companies in the arts Pleasure Dome Theatre lost their summer season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Assessing the restrictions and guidelines of Lockdown they safely brought together a core team of four creatives and created The Twelve Pound Look. A collaboration with Betwixt-and-Between and directed by Scott Le Crass, this clever take on J.M.Barrie's classic short play about empowerment and "domestic bliss" was the inaugural production at the newly appointed Exmoor Studios in Dulverton as soon as theatres were able to legally re-open. Joining the cast on stage was a  voice-over  recorded by screen legend and national treasure Susan George.
